Terms and Conditions for Using Tabib Daru Services
By accessing the Tabib Daru website and using a personal profile, promotional offers, and other services provided, users acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions, as well as the manner in which the services are provided and used. Please note that placing an order at any time also constitutes the user’s full acceptance of all Tabib Daru terms and conditions.
All policies and procedures of this store comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Electronic Commerce Law, and the Consumer Protection Law.
Usage Warnings and Medical Consultation
The products offered on this website include herbal products, pure essential oils, and natural supplements that are manufactured based on scientific research and rigorous standards. However, the information provided on product pages, in articles, and throughout the website is intended solely for informational and educational purposes and should not be considered a definitive medical prescription.
The buyer is required to consult a qualified physician before using any product, especially during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in cases of specific medical conditions.
Tabib Daru assumes no responsibility for any potential adverse effects resulting from self-medication, failure to follow the recommended dosage, or drug interactions.
Sales Procedures and Stock Availability Inquiry
A business day is defined as any day from Saturday through Thursday, excluding public holidays in Iran. All orders placed during business days, as well as on the first business day following a holiday, will be processed.
In the event of an issue with the final processing of an order, such as a product being out of stock or the customer canceling the order, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer’s account within 24 to 48 business hours.
Users must complete the order form accurately and in full when placing an order for their desired product. Please note that if incomplete or incorrect information is provided, the order may not be traceable or deliverable.
Physical Condition Guarantee for Products
Tabib Daru relies on standard and secure packaging (multi-layered and protective cartons) to ensure that all orders reach customers safely and without damage.
Any damage caused during transportation must be reported to the after-sales service within 24 business hours of receiving the order. The damaged product must then be sent to the head office along with the official report issued by the shipping company, all accompanying items, and the invoice. Protection of Content and Brand
All website content, including texts, scientific articles, technical specifications, product images, and graphic designs, is considered the property of Tabib Daru, and all rights to use and publish the available content are exclusively reserved by the company. Any unauthorized use without obtaining written permission reserves our right to pursue legal action.
In addition, registered trademarks and product formulations developed by the company’s Research and Development (R&D) department are protected under industrial property laws.
Emergency Conditions
All terms and conditions stated herein apply under normal circumstances. In the event of force majeure, such as floods, earthquakes, nationwide internet outages, or similar events, Tabib Daru shall not be held responsible for any delays in fulfilling its obligations.
