Order Shipping Methods at Tabib Daru
At the Tabib Daru online store, the process from “order placement” to “delivery” is carefully managed. Given the nature of our products—including herbal distillates, rose water, and essential oils—which are often liquids packaged in glass or PET containers⁴, our top priority is to select shipping methods that ensure the products remain physically intact throughout their journey from Kashan (the location of our central warehouse⁵) to your destination.
Orders placed on business days will be processed and handed over to your selected shipping company within 24 to 48 hours.
Choose the Method That Best Suits You
Express Post (For Small and Lightweight Orders)
This method is suitable for individual orders, herbal extracts, essential oils, and small packages (less than [For example : ۵ kg]).
Coverage: Nationwide.
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days after the package is handed over to the postal service.
Cost: Calculated based on the official rates of the postal service and the shipment weight, and included in the final invoice.
Private Shipping Companies (Tipax / Chapar)
Suitable for medium-sized packages and customers who prefer faster delivery.
Feature: Cash-on-delivery shipping (freight charges paid at the destination) is available.
Insurance: Shipments sent through this method include appropriate insurance coverage for fragile items.
Freight and Bus Transportation (For Bulk Orders)
Since our products are supplied in master cartons (e.g., cartons containing 12 or 15 units⁶), this method is the most cost-effective option for wholesale buyers and distributors.
Conditions: Large and heavy orders are shipped from Kashan via reputable freight carriers.
Cost: Freight charges are paid at the destination and calculated according to the carrier’s official waybill tariff.
Dedicated Courier (For Kashan Only)
As Tabib Daru’s head office and warehouse are located in Kashan⁷, customers in Kashan can receive their orders via dedicated courier on the same day or within a maximum of 24 business hours.
Product Protection Standards
We know how frustrating it can be to receive a broken bottle or a leaking product. That’s why all orders are packed in standard multi-layered cartons.
For more delicate products, such as pure essential oils and 410 ml glass bottles⁸, bubble wrap and internal protective padding are used to prevent any potential damage caused by movement and impact during transit.
Where Is My Shipment?
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping company, the “tracking code” (for the postal service and Tipax) or the “waybill number” (for freight services) will be sent to you via SMS. You can enter this code into the relevant carrier’s tracking system to check the current status and location of your shipment.
Receiving and Inspection
Please inspect the packaging carefully upon delivery to ensure that the shipment is physically intact.
If you notice any visible damage to the carton, such as tearing, crushing, or liquid leakage, please refuse delivery and immediately notify Tabib Daru’s support team so that the necessary follow-up can be carried out with the shipping insurance provider.
