Payment Methods at Tabib Daru
At Tabib Daru, we have made every effort to provide a secure and convenient payment environment for your orders. All financial transactions in this store are conducted under the supervision of the Central Bank of Iran and the Shaparak electronic payment network, allowing you to enjoy a secure and worry-free shopping experience.
Depending on the type of order (retail or wholesale) and your location, you can choose one of the following payment methods.
Online Payment, the Fastest Method for Retail Orders
This is our recommended payment method for individual customers and retail buyers. All users with bank cards connected to Iran’s SHETAB network and an active “Dynamic Second Password (OTP)” can pay for their orders instantly through the secure payment gateways integrated into the website.
Advantage: With online payment, your order is automatically prioritized for warehouse processing, and there is no need to contact us or submit a payment receipt.
Security: Your bank card information is entered directly on the bank’s secure payment gateway, and no card information is stored on our website’s servers.
Bank Transfer / Card-to-Card Payment, for Wholesale Orders and Large Amounts
This method is typically used by wholesale buyers, herbal medicine shops, and sales representatives whose order amounts exceed the daily limit for online transactions. Customers who are unable to make online payments for any reason may also use this method.
With this method, the order amount is transferred to one of the company’s official bank accounts (Bekaran Kala Hirad), and a copy of the payment receipt is uploaded during the order placement process.
Important Note: Your order will remain in “Pending Review” status until the payment receipt is finally verified by the accounting department.
Cash on Delivery, Available in Kashan Only
Given that Tabib Daru’s head office and warehouses are located in Kashan, customers in Kashan can pay for their orders upon delivery by the company’s dedicated courier.
Payment Method: Cash on delivery can be paid either in cash or by using the mobile POS terminal carried by the courier.
Limitation: Currently, cash-on-delivery service is not available for orders shipped to other cities via postal or freight services. Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.
Credit Payment, Exclusively for Partners and Authorized Representatives
Tabib Daru offers flexible payment terms (such as payment by check or credit) to authorized representatives and loyal customers with long-term cooperation agreements. Using this payment method requires approval from the Credit Assessment and Sales Management departments.
Wholesale buyers can contact the Sales Department to learn more about the available repayment terms.
